Building Permit Fee
A Building Permit is required regardless of the type of work you will be doing to your property. Various Permit Applications can be reviewed and downloaded via the web site. Permit requests must be completed and submitted in addition to payment of the permit fee. Approvals will be forwarded by the Architectural Committee. This fee includes PayPal processing charges.
