This is the permit fee is your addition is over 200 square feet. PLEASE NOTE: In addition to the base fee of $750 (plus service fees), you will also need to pay an additional $2.00 per square foot permit fee for every square foot over 200. (i.e. an additional 200 square feet would equal an additional $400.00 permit fee, etc.).
